How?

Trick – Look closely, count of Horse shoe and boots are changing. So while calculating take that into account as well.

Explanation-

Equation 1 : 10 + 10 + 10 = 30

Equation 2 : 10 + 4 ( 2 horse shoe ) + 4 ( 2 horse shoe ) = 18

now – 2 horse shoe = 4 , so 1 horse shoe = 2.

Equation 3 : 4 ( 2 horse shoe ) – 2 ( 2 boots ) =2

now – 2 boots = 2 , so 1 boot = 1.

Equation 4 : 1 boot + 1 horse * 1 horse shoe, so 1 + 10 * 2 = 21 ( following BODMAS rule )
